Refund & Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, you can contact us for a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and with original packaging.
Returns or replacement requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Refunds or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Defective product received
Missing item in the parcel

Note: Products damaged due to misuse or after use will not be eligible for return.
